Hi Mark,
indeed the command-set of the CONEX-PP looks very similar to the NSC200 command-set. Thanks for the hint! I try to enhance the AG-CONEX driver. If that works, I can push this to git.

Hi Michael,
I would refer you to this tech-talk thread which is not about the NSC200, but my reply would be the same:
https://epics.anl.gov/tech-talk/2020/msg00690.php
The NSC200 appears to have a similar command set to the AG-CONEX. There is an EPICS model 3 motor driver that I wrote for that here:
https://github.com/epics-motor/motorNewport/blob/master/newportApp/src/AG_CONEX.cpp
I suspect that you may be able to enhance that driver to also support the NSC200. If it is too different then you could make a new driver based on it.
My later conversations with Igor were offline from tech-talk, but I think he just modified that AG-Conex driver to also support the DL325. If so we may be
able to merge his version back into the master branch, and you can see how he did it.
Mark
Hello all,
does anyone has an EPICS motor driver for the motion controller “NewStep NSC200” from Newport:

?
Sharing is greatly appreciated!
Best regards
