vscode extension for EPICS

Hi all,

At CEA Saclay, we have been developing a vscode extension (vscode-epics, EYE (Enlight Your Epics)) to provide snippets and syntax highlighting for EPICS.

Recently some people (hanak ,  jeonghanlee and TimGuiteDiamond) of the EPICS community have contribute to the extension. So we decided to move it to "epics-extensions".

vscode extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=nsd.vscode-epics . For now, only I can publish a new version.
