Hi Marco,
You need to install libreadline-dev:
sudo apt install libreadline-dev.

Hello, im kind of newbie into EPICS and im trying to understand how to create an IOC with the EPICS getting started tutorials. I created the $HOME/EPICS/TEST/testIoc directory on a debian 9 docker container and used the makeBaseApp.pl command to create the
example app. however, when i use the make command, i get the following error:
