Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

Hi All,
I am currently calling a python script we have from a button press in CSS. When I do this from a command button (python example.py) press it runs fine but I wanted to use a button that triggers when a pv is updated (using the Scripts section
under behaviors) so I switched over to that setup. But when it runs it seems like Jython isn’t finding my python modules (log shows not finding module), is there a PATH issue that I need to set in settings.ini or something similar for Jython?
I did explore using pythonIoc and moving the whole script in there but at the moment I think just having CSS call the python script might be the easier route.
Thanks,
Adam
