Just dropping an anchor with keywords and a link:

The off-the-shelf Wireshark RPMs available for RHEL8 do not come with Lua support.

Here are instructions on how to rebuild them with Lua support so that the CA / PVA dissectors by Michael work: https://github.com/mdavidsaver/cashark/issues/9
