Subject: Introducing Python package to create Phoebus screens

Hello All,

I'd like to announce a Python package called Phoebusgen. The module is installable via pip and it allows you to generate Phoebus XML via Python objects. With the package, you will not have to think about any XML elements/tags anymore and you can create scripts to auto generate your screens.

Currently almost every widget is fully supported (38 out of the 41), i.e. any property available in the Display Builder editor is available in Python as a method on the Python widget class.
