Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

Hi
The DST in our time zone began 1 month earlier this year, when it started last week all of our systems where not synchronized because the time zone was not updated. We got the latest version of the tzdata package (tzdata-2021e-1.el7), installed
it and the time zone is now correct, EEST. The problem is the archiver, although archiving perfectly, it shows the last event for any PV 1 hour behind the current time. Does the archiver understands time zones with DST? Do I have to restart the server in order
for the archiver to receive the last event time stamp correctly?
Thanks!
Abdalla.
