Check if your launcher script includes the '-server {port}' option and if so, remove it.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Can not open more than one Phoebus instance at the same time
Hi:
We are not able to open more than one Phoebus instance at once (in the same server).
Once we have launched the first instance, if we try to launch another one , the second window -with the new Phoebus instance- doesn't appear. (if we close the 1st instance, then yes we can open it again).
That happens in the same user console or with different users in the same server. We have also tried it in a Centos7 installation and in Windows Server 2019.
Following the documentation in https://control-system-studio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/running.html# , apparently this shoud be possible by default.
We normally use the " phoebus.sh " command but we have tried to add the " -app " parameter with different names too, and we get the same behaviour.
Are we missing something in the Phoebus or in the Java configuration?
We'll appreciate a lot any kind of help.
Best regards,
Javi.
