Hi Yong,

Yes when I tried to set the PINI field, the Device support show me this log in the IOC shell

Hi Vivien,

Although I have not used OPCUA, a quick glance at your record below suggests that you should try to add this line:
field(PINI, “YES”)

Objet : Process Record at ioc initialization with OPCUA module

Hi everyone,

I’m currently using the OPCUA epics module (with the open62541 librairy) to communicate with a PLC Siemens s7-1500 and I would have a question about the process of a BO record at initialization.

With OPCUA, it seems possible to process a record at the initialization with defining the option bini inside the OUT field :

cid:image001.jpg@01DB4BCE.41873DD0

So I defined it in my bo template :

cid:image003.jpg@01DB4BCE.41873DD0

But my BO are still not processing during the IOC init. It fonctionne well with the input record (AI and BI). Maybe I didn’t understand well the bini option ?

Does someone already had this problem and have a solution to propose ?

Sinceraly,
