ICALEPCS'25 in Chicago! Abstract submission and registration now open for the 20th International Conference on Accelerator and Large Experimental Physics Control Systems

Dear Friends and Colleagues of the ICALEPCS Community:

 

It is our privilege to open abstract submission and registration for ICALEPCS2025, the 20th International Conference on Accelerator and Large Experimental Physics Control Systems. ICALEPCS2025 will be held September 20 to 26, 2025, at The Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois, USA and is hosted by Argonne National Laboratory.

ICALEPCS is a biennial conference series that rotates between the Americas, Asia, and EMEA regions. It is the premier international forum for specialists working on control and data acquisition systems in large-scale experimental physics. The conference is endorsed by the Advanced Physics Society.

 

We are excited about the program we are putting together with the help of the International Scientific Advisory Committee (ISAC). Satellite workshops for developing technical skills in controls and instrumentation accompany a broad scientific program including keynote speeches, oral presentations and poster sessions.

 

Abstract submission is now open through Indico at: https://indico.jacow.org/event/86/abstracts/. Abstract submission closes May 9th, 2025. With the recent migration to Indico, authors are encouraged to confirm their account login well ahead of the submission deadline. JACoW profiles are now directly managed via Indico. If you have not logged in since the 17th of March 2025, please follow these instructions: https://docs.jacow.org/General/login/.

Registration is now open at: https://cvent.me/4lqlxq. Registration is completed through CVent. If you have any inquiries regarding the registration process, please contact ICALEPCS25 at anl.gov.
