Problems GHA building motor, asyn rpc/rpc.h

Hej experts,

I have problems building motor on github.
After ubuntu 20.04 has disappeared as the runner,
I failed to update the motor into a compiling version:

It seems as if libtirpc-dev is installed, but asyn fails to compile.
Trying to steal the files from asyn itself, I got stuck:
