EPICS Collaboration Meeting Spring 2026 - CEA IRFU Paris-Saclay

Dear EPICS community, bonjour à tous !

We are pleased to announce that the registration for the next Spring EPICS Collaboration Meeting from April 20 to 24 2026, at the ENS (Paris-Saclay University) is now open.
The time table is the following :
- Plenary Sessions from Monday to Wednesday
- Workshop Sessions from Thursday to Friday morning
- Visits of scientific CEA points of interest Friday afternoon.

The dinner gala will be on Wednesday evening and the location will be announced soon.

Important for the payment, you will have to use another platform. Please follow the instructions and select the same option on each platform.

The Call for abstract is already open. Please note we have two types of talks in the call for abstracts - lightning talk (5 minutes) and standard talk (15 minutes with 5 minutes of questions)

In the page "Travel, Directions, Hotel", you will find instructions on how to register at the conference hotel (only 8 minutes by walk ). They are holding 80 rooms at a fixed cost until end of January. 
On this same page please check also VISA information. It is advised to check early if you get a VISA. An invitation letter can be given if needed.
