control room operations accounts

We use role-based accounts on our control room OPIs (e.g., water_ops) and our organization would prefer user-based account (e.g. paul.sichta) be used on the OPI for accountability of control actions.  If you use user-based accounts on the OPI I'd  like to see how this works,  particularly for operator breaks and shift turnover and for the (Linux) locking screen saver.
