Hi Jonathan,
We use the Galil DMC-4183 controllers. For high-current servo motors like the Parkers you list, the 3547 driver option will work. It works with power supplies up to 80V and can drive brushed servo motors up to 8 A continuous and 15 A peak. We are using them
to drive a number of 3-phase brushless motors.
I just used the Galil online configuration tool to generate this part number. This is an 8-channel version. I don't know how many motors you need to drive?
The part number is DMC-4183-BOX8-D3547-D3547.
The list price is $5,130.
The EPICS Galil driver is very mature and full-featured.

Subject: MTS/Instron Load Frame Controller IOCs
Hi everyone,
Thanks for all your help so far, you’ve been fantastic!
Our facility is looking to implement a universal testing frame at one of our beamports, and we are looking to acquire an MTS or Instron load frame controller to control the motors on the
frame. Are you folks aware of any IOCs/support modules that have been written for these controllers?
Suggestions for other kinds of epics-compatible controllers that would work for the purpose of driving these motors are also welcome!
Motor Specs:
Parker RX320E
DC Brushed Servo-electric motors
Permanent Current: 7.8A
Supply Voltage: 54V
Peak Current: 20A
Maximum Speed: 3000rpm
Thanks,
Jonathan Hai
