When I use the plain base R7.0.1.1, the makeBaseApp.pl -t example creates an IOC that includes qsrv.

I updated PVAccess and PVData to those branches from your repo, and the overall build failed.
Then I recompiled the example IOC, since you suggested base should be good enough,
the aborted built went far enough.
There was no build error for the IOC, but it doesn't seem to contain any PVA server any more.

==> Let me know how I should build EPICS base to try your updates.
This is what I tried, which failed:

make clean uninstall
make
