Actually that test is probably too sensitive, it's just reporting that
your timers didn't fire within some nominal accuracy which is not really
necessary for EPICS to work properly (and fails for me on Linux fairly
often if my machine is busy). The important point is that you've fixed
the Mutex test, so I think you're now golden.
