    Do as you said, I set the EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST and EPICS_CA_SERVER_PORT to the gateway's sip and sport on client ,the client can get the pv even in situation of gateway display  error messages. Thanks for your help, by means of this; the user can get the pv when some ioc is configured incorrectly.
