Geyang,
It looks like you don't have the npcaTest softIOC running.  Or at least
running where the browser can see it.  Make sure your EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST
includes the IP of the SoftIOC.

If you don't have the test IOC running or don't want to run it, you can
also modify the test.html page to include the PVs you see from the
ai001.  Replace "dummy001" with valid PV names.

hi,

  I want to use webca. After compiling the code and copy .so file to
mozilla's plugin directory. I use firefox to open the test.html coming
with webca package. seems the plugin works, while I can't get the pv's
value. 
  Ps, I can use caget to acqure the ai001's value first, then start the
firefox from the shell to visit that test.html file.
  Any help is appreciated. thanks a lot.
