It would be good to include the whole record instance definition
starting with "record(" or "grecord(".  This would tell me the type of
record you have which is important in determining what the fields mean.

However, based on the fields shown, it looks like it might be either the
calc or calcout record.  You can find documentation for these at

If you're completely new to EPICS, in order to fully understand what
these fields mean, you will likely need to learn some core concepts of
EPICS by reading parts of the EPICS Application Developer's Guide at
