That routine must be configuring one of the PCI Target Image windows in the
Universe-2 chip, although it doesn't show that in the output you posted. It
does claim to be configuring one of the VMEbus Slave Image window registers
VSI1_CTL but that is used for VMEbus cycles initiated by a different bus
master to give it access to the RAM on your MVME5100 board.
You are probably going to have to understand how your Universe-2 chip is
configured and to make changes to the settings that your mv5100 BSP uses; to
do that, you need to learn about the Universe-2 configuration registers. You
can download the User Manual for the Universe-2 chip from Tundra.
