Subject:	How to execute opi files?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering, how could I compile an OPI file which made in CSS? I don't want to the other users could open the CSS when they view the screen.

Is there anyway to make it executable or if there isn't, how could I give permissions to the users not to change the screen?
