I think it's safe to drop some long-unused environment parameters from the 7.0 branch, EPICS_CMD_PROTO_PORT and EPICS_AR_PORT being the obvious ones. I will commit that change.

The EPICS_IOC_LOG_FILE_{NAME,LIMIT,COMMAND} parameters will be deleted when we throw out the iocLogServer code (but not the EPICS_IOC_LOG_{INET,PORT} parameters which are used by the log client code).

In which code cemetery did you find that? How deep?
