Hi Vishnu,

I think you misunderstood the conversion in ai record (or I misunderstand it). EGUF & EGUL are Full & Low values in engineering unit. I do not think a vacuum value can go negative “-32768”. “-32768” seems to be a ADC raw value.

As Ralph said, the conversion probably has already been done in the driver. If your goal is just the conversion from mBar to Bar, then use a “calc” or “calcout” to do the conversion.

Good luck!

Yong

Thanks,

I tried with EGUF = 32.767 , EGUL = -32.768 but the VAL was not factor of 1000. I tried with ESLO also but not result.

I am missing something.

Thanks

Vishnu

The PLC the value is 1003.124 in mBar, i have to display as 1.0031 Bar.

As you are using linear conversion already,

wouldn't setting EGUF to 32.767 and EGUL to -32.768 result in a VAL that is smaller by a factor of 1000?

Cheers,
