The sequencer page:

  http://epics.web.psi.ch/software/sequencer/

Says the EPICS sequencer now lives here:

  http://www-csr.bessy.de/control/SoftDist/sequencer

But trying to access that page in firefox results in this error:

  The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. 

And attempting to wget the 2.2.9 release results in these errors:
