Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

Hi:
> I'm trying to see if there's a way to modify the alarm colours presented
on the Phoebus Alarm Area Panel.
In there, they are currently fixed.
In part because it's considered important to have one set of alarm colors, so users know what's what. We certainly don't want to use red in one tool for 'MAJOR' alarm and in another tool for 'OK'.
In part because so far no site that uses these alarm tools saw the need to customize them.
If you have spare cycles, feel free to make them customizable, but if you then use that, you should assert that the colors used by displays (and this should also include web displays of control system info) use a consistent set of colors
across your site.
Thanks,
Kay
