Dear Vlad,

Your symptom and workaround sounds as if IR:something:GM10:channels
and IR:something:T1 are located in different IOCs.
Could you check if they are located in the same IOC?

If they are in different IOCs you may have to specify .PROC field in
the FLNK field , as described in the EPICS Application Developer’s
Guide, 5.12.3 FWDLINK :
