Periodic scan Issue with PV record scan type as IO Intr

Hi,

I am facing issue in archiving the PV using the EPICS archiver appliance with periodic scan. The issue I found is when the PV record scan type is periodic then the PV is archived properly, But when the PV  record scan type is either I/O Intr or passive the archiver appliance does not archive data periodically using scan method (Screenshot attached for reference). Is there a workaround for this?

Please suggest and help resolving this issue.
