Required Software

Casr requires that the Tk/Tcl header files and libraries be available and that the TK and TCL settings in CONFIG_SITE.<host_arch> be set correctly.

If the Makefile.Host option I_WANT_SDDS is set to YES, casr uses header files and/or libraries from the SDDS extension, and it is necessary that it be downloaded and built first.
