Hi Liang,

You need to install rpcgen package. Please see the following hints (enable powertools, and install epel-release)
dnf update;

dnf config-manager --set-enabled powertools

dnf update; dnf -y install "epel-release"; dnf update; dnf install rpcgen

Note that epel-release isn't related with rpcgen, but you need this for more EPICS module installations.

I have tried "yum install glibc-utils and yum install glibc."       Neither worked.
How I could fix it?
