Replace 7.0.6.1's dbEvent.c with 7.0.5's?

Disable compiler optimizations with "-O0"?

Michael already suggested "git bisect", but that would probably take
forever; maybe reduce the set of changes it will try to only those that
touched dbEvent.c (or a subset of the source)?
