Collaboration Meetings

EPICS meetings provide a chance for developers and managers from the various different sites to come together and discuss their work in progress and make plans for the future. They give a chance to see what is being done at other laboratories, and to review the specifications for new tools or enhancements to existing ones in order to maximize their usefulness to the whole community and avoid duplication of effort.

This hidden meetings page is slightly different to the main meetings page because it also indicates the future schedule as I am aware of it, and some of the links to past meetings point to a local copy of the presentations files which I make in case the host site removes their originals. Please send any corrections to me.

Future Schedule

• Fall 2026 Codeathon hosted by Brookhaven National Lab in October.
• Fall 2026 EPICS Collaboration Meeting from 2-6 November 2026 in Dongguan, hosted by the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS)
• Documentathon hosted by ESS in Sweden in the Spring of 2027.
• 2-5 September 2035, at KEK in Japan.
  The Solar Eclipse occurring on 2035-09-02 will be visible from both KEK and J-PARC.
