Sorry, but could you test once more, because I thought it worked fine, but it seems that the dbnd does not work any more. I get now all changes, when I replace dbnd.c with this patch

It should, but until recently this wasn't possible.  A filter
did not have access to the event mask (DBE_*), and so could
not distinguish DBE_VALUE from DBE_VALUE|DBE_ALARM.

This is now possible.  If you would care to test:
